Q: What is a cPanel Cloud Server?
A: vServer Center's cPanel Cloud Server is a KVM Virtual Server that is served by a computing resource pool (aka Cloud) consists of network switches, enterprise class data storage systems, high end physical computer servers, and KVM virtualization and cloud computing software. A physical dedicated server or a virtual server on a single physical computer lacks redundancy and scalability while each of our cPanel cloud servers offers extremely high redundancy and scalability: redundant powers, redundant network uplinks, redundant data storage systems and data disks, and redundant physical computer servers.

vServer Center's cPanel Cloud Server features:

• Dedicated Operating System: Dedicated CentOS Linux Operating System; Operating System can be upgraded or patched at anytime;
• Cloud Server Control Panel: With KVM Control Panel customers can self install OS, self install cPanel software, reboot cPanel Cloud Servers, and access server console remotely;
• Administrative Access: Root access for cPanel servers. Server owner access for cPanel/WHM web interfaces.
  Server owner/Administrator can create unlimited resellers or unlimited direct users. Each reseller can create unlimited users under the reseller name. Three levels (server owner/administrator, resellers, end users) web based interfaces to manage your files, email accounts, DNS, and databases, and websites;
• UnMetered Bandwidth: no surprise bandwidth bill each month;
• High performance: KVM Performance Benchmarks test scores are even higher than average Dell PowerEdge Xeon Physical Servers;
• Enterprise Class storage systems and high end physical servers; All live data drives are fiber channel or SAS drives. All live data are protected by dual parity disks plus two additional hot spare disks.

Q:  Do you offer any software auto installer with your cPanel Cloud Servers?
A: Yes, we offer Softaculous Auto Installer for our cPanel cloud servers. Softaculous is a great Auto Installer. Over 200 software and scripts can be installed with a single mouse click. These software and scripts cover most of the uses a customer could ever have: WordPress for Blogs, Joomla or Drupal for CMS, Magento for eCommerce, ... etc. In addition to one click software install, Softaculous can be used for one click upgrade of your software to newer versions and one click backup your software installation and files.
